Leadership Resources own Dan Sedor is to speak at the Community Conversation on Leadership, Saturday, June 2nd from 10-11am at the Anderson Public Library in Lincoln.
Dan will be part of a panel discussion on what being a leader is and why it matters. He will share ways to take your skills to the next level of success. “Leadership is proactive, it is about planning and getting someone to want to do something. Leaders are effective and do the right things to manage attitudes and beliefs. They get people to see and think bigger than they could have done on their own,” says Sedor.
This engaging community conversation event is free and open to the public. Other panel members include: Doug Emery of the Lincoln City Council, Larry Sternberg with Talent Plus and Milan Wall of the Heartland Center for Leadership Development.
As the Executive Vice President forLeadership Resources, Dan is responsible for directing the efforts of the implementation team, including strategic planning facilitation, program facilitation, coaching, and organizational accountability.
