Historically I am not a fan of forum discussion or group discussion and I had reservations about the forum meeting. However this forum has become something incredibly valuable and something to look forward to every time. Whether it is Laurie as a facilitator or the luck of the participants in the program -the shared experience is incredible and validating to the leadership role. This is the first leadership training where it feels so individualized plus so useful in application. However the tool was used to find the match between participant and coach- I could not have asked for a better complement to my learning style and personality. So far this has been an excellent experience. I do have some accelerate software challenges with multiple sites and areas of reporting/recording.
