Inbound Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and new client relationships. This role engages prospects who express interest in LR’s leadership development and strategic planning services, identifies their needs, and guides them through a consultative, solutions-focused sales process. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, and skilled at managing conversations that create clarity, build trust, and drive action.
Success in this role is measured by conversion rates, CRM accuracy, sales activity consistency, and contribution to a healthy, predictable pipeline. This position requires strong communication, excellent organization, and alignment with LR’s mission and values.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inbound or inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven success achieving sales or conversion targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Ability to manage a consistent volume of inbound leads
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort and confidence with virtual meetings and presentations
