Katie Maschmann’s passion is to help others uncover their potential and value. She enjoys consulting with leaders to help them define their goals, problem solve barriers, and outline a path towards achieving their vision. As a Leadership Development Specialist, Katie aims to help leaders rediscover their “why” so that they can find their passions, realize their strengths, and feel more connected to their work and team while driving positive results. She strives to help clients maximize their development experience so they, and their teams, may achieve success.
Katie has over seven years of experience in consulting and process improvement in a variety of industries including: healthcare, IT, retail, nonprofit, and government. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she has worked with nonprofit Executive Directors to develop community needs assessments, analyze assessment results data, and use that data to develop strategic plans. Katie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNL, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Communication Studies.
Katie is a member of First Plymouth Church and enjoys being involved in her community. She is a wish granter for Make-A-Wish, serves on the Make-A-Wish Friends Council, has served in several leadership roles within the Junior League of Lincoln, and is a board member for Family Service. Katie’s passions and hobbies include volunteering, running, hiking, watching Star Wars, reading comic books, playing D&D, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her husband and son.
