Kari Foote believes that a person’s work can be the ultimate expression of individual purpose. As a Leadership Development Specialist, she is passionate about working with leaders to achieve great levels of personal and professional success and considers this passion to be her mission in life.
Kari has over 18 years of experience in a variety of fields in the public sector, including law enforcement and emergency management, banking and finance, and human services. In these roles, she supported senior leaders in shaping effective strategies to achieve results through people. Her HR experience taught her that investing resources to develop and grow leaders at every level is critical to organizational success.
In 2014, Kari became a certified executive coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is also a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Business Administration.
Kari lives in Sprague, Nebraska, with her husband and daughter, and attends Hope Community Church in Lincoln. When she is not working on renovation projects in their 100-year-old house, Kari enjoys camping, gardening, reading, and golf.
