With a passion for organizational and talent development, Jessica Langenberg brings a contagious enthusiasm and authenticity to her role as a Leadership Development Specialist with the Leadership Resources’ team. A former Leadership Resources’ client, she understands first-hand how to maximize the development process and adds valuable perspective as a coach and facilitator. Jessica genuinely cares about clients and their results and thrives on connecting people and ideas.
Prior to joining the Leadership Resources’ team, Jessica spent ten years as a corporate trainer and consultant working with companies and clients in a wide range of industries—from banking and insurance to aviation and engineering. This exposure to a multitude of companies, cultures, and leaders inspired her deep-seated curiosity about what makes organizations and their people tick. She enjoys helping clients examine habits of thought and influencing positive behavior change.
Jessica is a native Nebraskan and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communication. She and her husband, Mike, are active members at Southwood Lutheran Church, where Jessica writes devotions and volunteers with Meals on Wheels. They and their two children—Ellery and Reid—savor time at home, outdoors, and with family and friends.
