A life-long learner at heart, Vanessa Seifert brings her passions for leadership development and mobilizing human potential to Leadership Resources as she guides individuals and organizations on their developmental journey. She is responsible for coaching emerging leaders and facilitating leadership development programs and workshops.
Vanessa’s commitment to leadership development is built on years of experience as a competitive athlete, a leader in non-profit organizations, and an adjunct college professor in the area of Leadership studies. Along with these experiences, she brings natural enthusiasm and a valuable track record of asking significant questions.
Vanessa recently completed her Ph.D. after studying how individuals un-learn and re-learn habits of thought that lead to a new mindset and new behavioral outcomes. Her doctoral research and vast experiences have given her a helpful framework for guiding, facilitating, and coaching clients as they strive for their next level of success.
Vanessa also provides leadership to Calvary Lutheran Church where she teaches adult Bible study, is involved with strategic and long-range planning, and participates in the church’s community focus. She and her husband, Brandon, have one child. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, teaching indoor cycling classes at the Lincoln YMCA, and traveling.
